I recently had hail damage. I did my research, and stumbled upon this shop. The owners are very nice and honest. The experience was good and the job satisfaction was amazingly. I will consider them for all future body work on vehicles, and recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car to The Hail team to fix my hail damage. Juan was very helpful and courteous. My care got fixed in a timely manner. I had to wait on some parts that were ordered and his glass guys came to my house to fix the remaining problems. All parts of the process were smooth and uneventful.

I totally recommend the Hail team to anyone who needs repairs.

We used these guys (Juan and Priscilla) to fix our SUV after the recent huge hail storm in Round Rock. They were awesome. They were good about communicating and accommodating us on every level. They were responsive to every communication and stayed late for drop off and pick-up to allow for our work schedules. When parts took a longer time to come in they assisted with our extra rental car fee. They were kind, respectful, honest and fair. We will use them for all future body work on our vehicles and recommend them to our friends and family. Juan even returned our rental car for us and made life easier at the end of the experience. I did a lot of research before selecting the person I wanted to repair the door dings and hail dents in my BMW. As soon as I met Juan I knew I had found someone who would care as much about my car as I do. I couldn't be more pleased. The workmanship is perfect (invisible!). Very responsive, reasonably priced, but most of all he has the patience it takes for this kind of work to make sure what leaves his shop is perfection. I couldn't be more pleased and I'm honored to give him my highest recommendation!!!

I had previously taken it to another repair shop and was told they weren't sure it was repairable. Not only was their communication great but the quality of work and value were exceptional. Highly recommend.

They also do interior auto detailing . Great customer service and even paid for a Uber ride because they were too busy with cars to get out of shop...

Great service! My car looks as good as new after hail damage from April 2021. Got a loaner car to drive while my car was being repaired, service was done in a timely manner and they coordinated payment with my insurance company so that I didn't have to deal with all of that! Very pleased - I highly recommend!!!
